I’ve got great news! You don’t need to practice hours every day to get good on the guitar. You can become a great guitarist with just 15-20 minutes of practice a day.
Ultimately, the most important practice habit is consistency, not volume. It helps to remember the phrase, “A little, a lot.” You develop best when practicing in smaller spurts (around 20 minutes at a time) but doing this often (once a day).
And for your busiest days? Use the 3-Minute Rule: don’t let one day go by without playing for at least 3-5 minutes. It helps more than you think!
